How this directory works
Providers on Cima Find Care wrote their own listings, and we checked their Texas license or certification. Everyone else comes from two public sources: the NPI registry, where CMS lists every health care provider's National Provider Identifier, and SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov, the federal list of state-approved treatment programs. A program's page can also name the insurance plans its own website mentions (only the plan names, never its words or photos). Those pages are marked as unclaimed. We haven't checked them, they can be out of date, and a provider can claim theirs for free or ask us to take it down. More in how listings work.
