Cima Find Care lists 9 buprenorphine programs in Dallas that accept Medicaid, out of 10 in the city. That comes from FindTreatment.gov's record or the program's own website, so confirm with the program and your plan before you go.
From SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov, the NPI registry and program websites, as of 2026-10-27. Only programs on FindTreatment.gov report this, so a program that isn't listed there may offer it too. Not medical advice; call the program to check openings and cost.

About Suboxone and buprenorphine
Buprenorphine is an FDA-approved medicine for opioid use disorder. It's a partial opioid agonist: it eases withdrawal and cravings, with a ceiling on its opioid effect. Suboxone is buprenorphine with naloxone, a film that dissolves under the tongue; the naloxone is there to discourage injecting it. Buprenorphine also comes as tablets and as a long-acting injection. Since the MAT Act of 2023, any clinician whose DEA registration covers Schedule III drugs can prescribe it for opioid use disorder where state law allows, so it isn't limited to clinics.
